1. If email is an alert about an incident or outage, searchDocuments for existing incident handling procedures. Forward the email to devops-team@company.com with 'Urgent' priority and mark email as read. Add 'incident-response' label. 2. If subject contains 'deploy' or 'approval', searchDocuments for deployment scripts and check for any pending approval processes. Reply with deployment checklist and forward to approvals@company.com. Add 'deployment' label. 3. If email contains CI/CD alerts, mark as read, add 'ci-cd' label, and send summary to devops-dashboard@company.com every hour. 4. For non-urgent alerts or informational emails, archive and add 'informational' label.
