Agents Page

The main hub for managing your AI agents.

Agent List View

Features:

  • Agent cards - See all agents at a glance
  • Status indicators - Active/Paused badges
  • Quick actions - Edit, pause, delete buttons
  • Search & filter - Find specific agents

Creating an Agent

  1. Click "New Agent" button
  2. Fill in configuration form:
    • Name and description
    • System prompt
    • Trigger and action
    • Tool permissions
    • Knowledge base files
  3. Click "Create Agent"

Agent Detail Page

View and edit individual agent configuration:

Sections:

  • Configuration - Edit agent settings
  • Activity - Recent agent actions
  • Files - Knowledge base documents
  • Chat - Test agent with chat interface

Insights Page

Get AI-powered suggestions for new agents based on your inbox patterns.

Features:

  • Inbox analysis - AI analyzes your email patterns
  • Agent suggestions - Recommended agents for your inbox
  • Impact estimates - Time savings per agent
  • One-click creation - Create agents from suggestions

Generating Insights

  1. Click "Analyze Inbox"
  2. Wait for analysis (30-60 seconds)
  3. Review suggested agents
  4. Click "Create Agent" on any suggestion

Logs Page

Real-time view of all agent activity.

Log Features

Log Entry Details

Each log entry shows:

  • Timestamp - When action occurred
  • Agent - Which agent performed action
  • Email - Email that was processed
  • Actions - Tools executed
  • Result - Success/failure status

Chat Interface

Test agents interactively using natural language.

Using Chat

  1. Select an agent from dropdown
  2. Type your message or question
  3. Agent responds using its tools
  4. See tool executions in real-time

Account Switcher

Switch between multiple Gmail accounts.
