Get your first AI email agent running in under 5 minutes.

Let's get you started with your first AI email agent, so you can see how it works.

Step 1: Create an Account

  1. Go to inbox.dog
  2. Click "Sign in with Google"
  3. Authorize inbox.dog to access your Gmail

Step 2: Connect Gmail

After signing in, you'll be prompted to connect your Gmail account:

  1. Click "Connect Gmail"
  2. Review the permissions (read and modify emails)
  3. Authorize the connection

Your Gmail is now connected and ready for agents.

Step 3: Create Your First Agent

  1. Navigate to Agents in the sidebar

  2. Click "New Agent"

  3. Fill in the basics:

    • Name: "Support Triage"
    • Description: "Sorts support emails by priority"
    • Trigger: "subject contains: support"
    • Action: "Label urgent emails and archive resolved ones"

  4. Click "Create Agent"

Step 4: Test It Out

  1. Send yourself a test email with "support" in the subject
  2. Wait up to 60 seconds (agents check every minute)
  3. Check the Logs page to see your agent's actions
